We recently met our friends from Paris and took them to
Kelley and Ping, the Asian Fusion which has homemade pickles,
including Kimchi, on the menu. The Kimchi comes in its own personalized jar, Lovely, I could not stop eating this Korean staple. So now of course we want to try and make our own. Here is the recipe H and I will try tomorrow. H is my housemate who loves to cook and we trade Chinese and Italian favorites. Stay tuned for the taste test tomorrow.
