Take time to visit the American Museum of Natural History Exhibit - Our Global Kitchen. At first the walk through displays read like typical conservationist, awareness, sustainable language, but as you move through a larger message reaches visitors on several levels. Most people think about food, at meal time, or in anticipation of meal time. This exhibit clearly illustrates how food intertwines with a majority of our day.Personal favorites were,
